- Cost Calculator Results: Since our cost calculator provides estimates based on user-provided information, we generally do not offer refunds for calculation results unless there is a demonstrable technical error in the calculation.
- AI Consultation: Free tier access is provided at no cost. Premium subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
- 3D Rendering Services: Refunds may be considered if we are unable to deliver the agreed renders. If you request changes after work has begun, we may require an additional fee rather than offering a refund.
- Project Management & Design Services: Refunds are calculated based on work completed. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for work already completed plus any non-recoverable expenses.

- Account subscription fees for periods where the service was accessible
